Koi baji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between koi baji and its users.

• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• A valid and active mobile number is required.
• A valid email address must be provided.
• You may not register from any country or region where online betting is completely prohibited.

Account Security: Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential — do not share them with anyone. Report any unauthorised access to your account to koi baji immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

KYC Verification: koi baji may request your national ID, passport, or other documents at any time to verify your identity. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on koi baji. They apply to all forms of betting — Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Your account must have sufficient balance to place a bet.
• If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with koi baji's policy.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, koi baji reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Betting associated with match fixing or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

In live betting, odds change in real time. If the odds shift between the time a bet is submitted and when it is processed, koi baji will either accept the bet at the updated odds or cancel it and return the stake to your balance.

4Payment & Transaction Policy

Koi baji supports all major mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. Every transaction is processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification.

5Bonus & Promotions Terms

Koi baji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to 100% bonus on their first deposit. The wagering requirement is 10x the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount before any cashout.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Each user may claim any bonus offer only once.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for betting.
• Winnings earned from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.

7Account Closure & Suspension Policy

• Failure to submit KYC documents.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.

Upon account closure, all funds may be returned following a review; however, if fraud is established, funds may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time.
